• There will be more skilled Indigenous employees prepared to lead Indigenous communities through land reclamation activities

• There will be more skilled Indigenous employees prepared to complete the labour required to complete the work that needs to be done.

• Indigenous ownership and control of the commercial enterprise developed over the next five years will grow.

• Investment and re-investment of project revenues will funnel back to the Indigenous economy through a targeted Indigenous procurement strategy.
